Volunteer

Did you know that the entire science fair, from the people that help check-in projects, the judges and everyone else you see (and don’t see), is staffed by volunteers? The Fair needs your help. Volunteers are needed for the Fair and year-round operations.

There are many different volunteering opportunities for the Fair including:

Set up Exhibit Hall tables, power cords and signs
Finalist Check-In / Rules & Safety / Approve Project Setup
Help with student breaks
Clean up Exhibit Hall tables, power cords and signs
Set up Awards Ceremony
Check-in award winners and guests, pass out programs
Pack up and clean up (Awards Ceremony, judging rooms & any remaining rooms)
