12:30 pm – 7:30 pm Set-Up- Gymnasium/Recreation Center

11:00 am – 6:30 pm Urban School Challenge- Preliminary Judging Interviews during Project Check-In (Schools  & Students Notified in Advance)

1:00 pm – 5:00 pm Science Demonstrations in Exhibit Hall

8:45 am to 9:00 am Judges Briefing

9:00 am to 2:00 pm Preliminary & Special Awards Judging

Wednesday, March 13

11:30 am to 1:30 pm Judges Luncheon

8:30 am to 1:00 pm Parents/Advisors Hospitality Suite- Student Union Room SC119.

11:00 am to 11:30 am Parents Briefing by CSEF Staff

1:15 pm to 2:15 pm Finalist Lunch- Finalists may leave after judging 1:15 Parent/teacher sign out of students

2:00 pm to 7:30 pm Public Viewing

1:30 pm to 7:30 pm Public Viewing

5:30 pm Special Awards Winners names posted on CSEF Web page

Thursday, March 14

9:00 am to 1:00 pm – School Group Visits – Register Here

2:00 pm to 7:30 pm Public Viewing

2:00 pm to 7:30 pm Project Pickup (Finalists leave projects until Saturday)

Friday, March 15 – Sorry, Fair Closed!

Saturday, March 16 – Note- Separate Middle and High School Finalist Awards Ceremonies this year!

8:30 am to Noon Project Pickup and Check-Out (In Recreation Center – east end building)

9:00 am to 10:00 am – Middle School Finalist Awards Ceremony

10:30 am to 11:45 am Special Awards Ceremony

Noon to 1:30 pm High School Finalist Awards Ceremony
