Connecticut students receive medals in their categories at the 2014 GENIUS Olympiad, an international competition promoting the understanding of environmental issues  and future sustainability. Results were announced at the Awards Ceremony, Thursday, June 19.

  • Gold, Resources & Energy- Maximillian Minichetti, Greenwich High School
  • Gold,  Environmental Quality- Andrew Ma, Greenwich High School
  • Silver, Environmental Quality- Kenneth Dorian, Greenwich High School
  • Bronze, Resources & Energy– Grace Herrick, The Gunnery, Washington, CT
  • Bronze, Environmental Quality- Lauren Low, Engineering & Science University Magnet School, New Haven
  • Bronze, Environmental Quality- Meeshali Patel & Sylwia Zambrzycka, Hill Regional Career High School, New Haven
